For the purchasers of companies we tend to either undertake acquisition identification or commercial due diligence work.  Our in-depth knowledge of the market and independent position means we can offer expert advice to potential investors

For the providers of capital we have provided both commercial and project management support to deliver new assets.  We have also provided advice to End Users on the capital lease market, where we have a thorough knowledge of the financing environment, having managed several asset lease contracts.
