Helping Clients to develop new rail terminals

An aggregate company were looking at available sites for the development of a new rail terminal for the receipt of aggregate and the production of concrete and asphalt. RfC has a very through knowledge of the available rail freight property portfolio and we were able to provide a list of suitable sites which were relevant to their needs.

Following this initial search we were asked to undertake another two searches in different parts of the country.
